Admission undergraduate student:
SBMPTN (National Selection to Enter State Universities)
The SBMPTN route is primarily based on academic grades, including report cards, and may consider other achievements as determined by Udayana University. School requirements, participant qualifications, and the choice of study program are determined by LTMT (https://ltmpt.ac.id/?mid=4). Generally, the eligibility criteria for participants in SBMPTN are as follows: Students from the final year (class 12) of SMA/MA/SMK High School in 2022 who excel academically. They must have academic achievements that meet the specific requirements set by each university. Participants should possess a National Student Identification Number (NISN) and be registered with PDSS (Education Data Management System). They should have report cards for semesters 1 to 5 that have been updated in PDSS. Participants selecting arts and sports study programs are required to submit a Portfolio.
The SBMPTN selection process adheres to the requirements outlined on the LTMT page (https://ltmpt.ac.id/?mid=9). SBMPTN utilizes the results of the UTBK (Computer-Based Written Test) and/or other criteria determined jointly by PTN. The UTBK is a college entrance exam organized by LTMPT. The UTBK for the year 2022 is open to students who graduated in 2020, 2021, and 2022 from secondary education (SMA/MA/SMK and equivalent). It is also available to Package C graduates from 2020, 2021, and 2022, with a maximum age limit of 25 years (as of July 1, 2022). Participation in the UTBK is the primary requirement for participation in SBMPTN. To be eligible for SBMPTN, participants must have a permanent LTMPT account and be Indonesian citizens (WNI) with a Population Identification Number (NIK). Students graduating from SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent in 2022 must possess a Class 12 SMA/MA/SMK Student Diploma or Package C diploma from 2022, with a maximum age of 25 years (as of July 1, 2022). Those who graduated in 2020 and 2021 from SMA/MA/SMK/equivalent or were Package C graduates in 2020 and 2021 must hold a diploma, also with a maximum age limit of 25 years (as of July 1, 2022). High school graduates or their equivalents from abroad must have an equivalent diploma and are not eligible if they passed the SNMPTN route in 2020, 2021, or 2022. For test takers in the Soshum study program, the requirements include taking the TPS, English, and TKA Soshum tests, as well as demonstrating adequate health to ensure a disruption-free study process (certification letter). Blind participants are additionally required to upload a Blind Statement Letter.
